Call to Order and Roll Call <br />Mayor Rafferty called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. <br />2. Setting the Agenda: Addition or Deletion of Agenda Items <br />The agenda was adopted as amended to move the Review of the Regular Agenda ahead <br />o the Administrative Update. <br />3. Review Regular Agenda <br />The Interim Public Safety Director and Interim Fire Chief reviewed the Family and First <br />Responder Recognition scheduled for Special Presentation this evening. <br />Mayor Rafferty stated that the City has been recognizing Arbor Day for 34 years. This <br />evening a Proclimation Declaring Arbor Day is scheduled for Special Presentation. <br />The Council reviewed the two Community Service Officer, three Part -Time Firefighter, <br />two Paid On -Call Firefighter, Community Development Administrative Assistant and <br />Accounting Clerk II appointments scheduled for this evening. <br />Mayor Rafferty thanked the Interim City Administrator for his efforts to improve the <br />timeline for the appointment process for public safety personnel, noting that this is the <br />closest we have recently come to a full staff at the fire department. <br />The City Planner reviewed the Otter Crossing South Preliminary Plat request. <br />The City Engineer reviewed the scheduled public hearing to vacate certain street, <br />drainage and utility easements on 70t" Street and Otter Crossing South. <br />Page l of 2 <br />
