One concern brought up during the April 9th meeting was vehicle headlights entering or exiting
the underground parking lot shining into adjacent houses along Ash St. A five (5) ft tall privacy
fence is proposed to be installed along the drive lanes to screen the headlights. Staff
recommends the fence be 6ft tall and another fence be installed along the east side to benefit
the house at 6102 Centerville Road.
This staff report provides edits to the April 9, 2025 Planning & Zoning staff report.
