The proposed development did not meet density requirements <br />and did not move forward. <br />In August 2024, the current developer submitted a PUD Concept Plan for advisory board and <br />council input for a 356 housing unit and commercial development. The concept plan did not <br />meet density requirements and the plans were revised to the current submittal. <br />Current Proposal <br />Please see the attached applicant's Design Guidelines booklet for a detailed description of the <br />project. Per the narrative, "The proposed land uses include 34,000 square feet, approximately, <br />of commercial retail space, two (2) —three story 100 unit market rate multi -family building <br />(including clubhouse, large communal green space, and additional amenities), 40 townhome <br />units, and one (1) —100 unit senior living facility. In addition to these land uses there will be a <br />regional stormwater management system that will be integrated into the natural landscape <br />North of Wilkinson Lake." <br />Residential <br />The following chart compares the August 2024 PUD Concept Plan with the proposed March <br />2025 PUD Preliminary Plan. The senior living building <br />is also near Wilkinson Lakes. Trails, sidewalks and stormwater ponds are included throughout <br />the development. <br />
