A priority during phase two is to reassign the <br />current Investigative Assistant to a newly created Evidence and Intelligence Specialist position. This <br />will achieve Recommendation #32. <br />Recommendations #11, #16, #19, #23, #25, and #33 are part of ongoing efforts and were in place <br />prior to Citygate’s study. Recommendation #16 has been completed. During phase two, staff will <br />also work on implementing Recommendations #13, #14, and #22 and adopt them into regular <br />practices. <br />PHASE TWO: QUARTER 3 – 4, 2025 STATUS PLAN COST <br />Recommendation #11: Take steps to correct <br />missing data in the Department’s computer-aided <br />dispatch (CAD) system. <br />Ongoing Sergeants and <br />records <br />technicians <br />continuously <br />monitor data during <br />report approval <br />process.
