CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL <br /> <br />Chair Root called the Lino Lakes Planning & Zoning Board meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. <br />on April 9, 2025. <br /> <br />2. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br /> <br />3. PUBLIC COMMENT <br /> <br />Chair Root declared public comment open at 6:35 p.m. <br /> <br />Scott Featherstone, 631 Andall Street, came to speak with the Board regarding the <br />street connection to Natures Refuge North from Andall Street. He has previously spoken <br />about environmental concerns and suggested alternative connections for emergency <br />services only. <br /> <br />Scott Erickson, 695 Andall Street, spoke with the Board regarding similar concerns <br />regarding Natures Refuge North. Mr. Erickson has concerns regarding the number of <br />developments and how quickly developments are being built. Mr. Erickson also spoke <br />about concerns with construction times. <br /> <br />John Crickmer, 583 Andall Street, moved to area for rural zone and open spaces. <br />Concerns about adding of roads and the changes to zoning. Mr. Crickmer was curious <br />about safety studies done regarding traffic and blind curves in area. <br /> <br />
