Planning & Zoning Board <br />April 9, 2025 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />Bernie Bogenreif,455 Andall Street, had general concerns regarding City Council and <br />having more regard for potential future taxpayers versus the existing residents. Mr. <br />Crickmer had safety concerns regarding the traffic and was unsure of what the need for <br />the access road is. Mr. Bogenreif believes there should just be emergency vehicle <br />access if the road needs to be constructed. <br />Dane Olson, 630 Andall Street, had concerns about headlights coming into homes with <br />the creation of a new road. Mr. Olson also had concerns about the blind corners on the <br />road and increased traffic in the area. <br /> <br />Lori Anderson, 551 Andall Street, had concerns about pedestrian safety. Many residents <br />use these roads as walking trails. When the road connection was planned it was <br />originally supposed to be for low density housing. Ms. Anderson would like to know <br />what studies have been done regarding pedestrians, knowing there was a study <br />conducted for vehicles. <br /> <br />Mr. Vojtech moved to close public comment. Motion seconded by Mr. Kohler. Public <br />comment was closed at 6:50 p.m. <br /> <br />4. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />The agenda was approved as presented. <br /> <br />5. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />Mr. Vojtech moved to approve the February 12, 2025 and March 12, 2025 meeting <br />minutes. Motion seconded by Mr. Wipperfurth. Motion carried 6 – 0. <br /> <br /> <br />6.ACTION ITEMS <br />A.Public Hearing: NaturesRefuge North Rezoning and PUD Preliminary <br />Plan/Preliminary Plat <br />Eric Zweber with WSBpresented the staff report. <br /> <br />In July 2024, the applicant submitted a revised concept plan application reduced the <br />number of lots by 16 (converting them all to 60-foot-wide villa lots), increase the buffer <br />to Arena Acres by at least 110 feet, reduced the proposed tree removal, and reduced <br /> <br />
