t7 resl r7 oil <br />The Lino Lakes Fire Department shall keep a daily record of all Fire Department activities within <br />the City, as prescribed by the City Council. Access to Fire Department records shall be in <br />accordance with the Minnesota Data Practices Act. <br />UNIFORMS AND EQUIPMENT <br />All city property issued to any member of the Fire Department shall be returned, in good <br />condition, to the City, upon termination of employment or as otherwise directed by the Fire Chief <br />or City Administrator. Each member shall be responsible for and liable for each item and the <br />proper care thereof while same is in his or her possession. Uniforms and equipment to perform <br />duties will be provided to Fire Department personnel.
