The following are our <br />comments regarding the proposed development: <br />Traffic Engineering Notes <br />1. The applicant should submit a traffic engineering report detailing the proposed traffic impacts to 21st <br />Avenue North. <br />2. Turn lanes should be striped on southbound 21st Avenue N to the immediate north of the east -west <br />access road to the proposed commercial development. <br />General Notes <br />1. The Owner must sweep all sediment from 21st Avenue Nand any adjacent streets daily during <br />construction. <br />2. The owner must regularly maintain and replace inlet protection within 21st Avenue during <br />construction. <br />3.
