RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff is requesting feedback from the City Council: <br />1. Thoughts on requested PUD or just straight R2 and R3 zoning. <br />2. If PUD, then should a neighborhood meeting be required? <br />3. Should future access and ghost plat be provided to 6737 20t" Avenue? <br />a. The lot is guided low density residential and appears to have wetlands on site <br />that would limit future development. <br />4. Other input. <br />Additional Staff Comments: <br />1. The wetland and floodplain acreages on the Concept plan and Net Area Exhibit do not <br />match. <br />2. Side corner setbacks shall be 25ft. <br />3.
