XCEL ENERGY GRAND rLl <br />FORKS SERVICE CENTER `°"""""'°" <br />GRAND FORKS, NORTH DAKOTA <br />The multi -phased Xcel Energy Grand Forks Service Center project <br />encompasses two primary components: a 10,000-square-foot <br />pre-engineered metal building dedicated to vehicle storage and a <br />30,000-square -foot service center integrating various amenities <br />to enhance operational efficiency and customer service. Within <br />the vehicle storage building, a fully equipped weld shop and paint <br />booth will provide essential services for vehicle maintenance and <br />customization. The service center will include new office space for <br />administrative staff, along with additional warehouse and vehicle <br />storage areas to streamline inventory management and logistics. <br />Additionally, dedicated fleet bays equipped with advanced tools will <br />facilitate efficient servicing of fleet vehicles. To maintain vehicles <br />to the highest standards, the facility will feature a wash bay and a <br />Quick Lane Bay for expedited servicing. <br />
