XCEL ENERGY SIOUX FALLS <br />SERVICE CENTER `°"",""'°" <br />SIOUX FALLS, SOUTH DAKOTA <br />The Xcel Energy Sioux Falls service center project involves a <br />comprehensive overhaul of an existing warehouse facility alongside <br />the expansion of fleet bays to meet increasing operational demands. <br />In the warehouse remodel phase, efforts will focus on optimizing <br />storage and operational efficiency, converting the old warehouse <br />into contemporary office space for staff, and modernizing <br />infrastructure to improve workplace functionality. The fleet bay <br />expansions will involve constructing a precast addition tailored <br />to meet fleet service requirements. This addition will feature <br />specialized bays equipped for vehicle cleaning and maintenance, <br />expedited vehicle servicing and repairs, and dedicated facilities for <br />welding operations to support fleet maintenance. <br />- Public Works <br />
