Construction Management Approach
SITE SAFETY- COMMITMENT TO SAFETY ON EVERY PROJECT
At RJM, maintaining a safe working environment is our top priority across all projects.
We are committed to safeguarding the health and well-being of everyone involved
by adhering to the highest safety standards and protocols. Our superintendents
diligently oversee daily operations to verify strict compliance with safety procedures
among all contractors, ensuring the maintenance of an impeccable safety record free
from violations. This unwavering focus on safety is integral to our company culture
and operations.
For this project, RJM will implement a secured site program designed to restrict
employee access from active construction areas and protect individuals unfamiliar
with construction hazards from potential risks. Within the construction site, RJM
enforces comprehensive OSHA requirements, including personal protective
equipment (PPE), Lock-out/Tag-out procedures, and temporary fire and life -safety
measures. RJM does not permit any work on live electrical systems, and all hot work —
such as welding, brazing, or any activities involving flammable materials —must be
coordinated with building management and covered by hot work permits prior to
commencement.
Safety assessments are a continuous process throughout construction. The RJM
superintendent performs daily site evaluations to identify and address potential
risks, while the project manager conducts weekly assessments to ensure consistency
and compliance. This dual -layered approach underscores RJM's commitment to
maintaining the highest level of safety and security for all personnel on -site.
By proactively addressing safety concerns, implementing stringent protocols,
and fostering a culture of accountability, RJM Construction delivers projects
that prioritize safety at every step, ensuring peace of mind for our clients and all
stakeholders.
