Blocks and Lots <br />The preliminary plat contains 14 lots and 1 outlot. The outlot is for stormwater <br />management. The outlot will be owned by an HOA and the stormwater pond will be <br />maintained by the City. <br />Streets and Alleys <br />Osakis Street is a local road with 60 ft wide road right-of-way and 32ft wide paved road. <br />It is an extension of the existing road within Watermark. A temporary cul de sac will be <br />constructed on the north end. Sixty (60) ft of road right-of-way is being dedicated along <br />th <br />CSAH 54 (20Avenue) as required. <br />Easements <br />Standard drainage and utility easements at least ten (10) feet wide have been provided <br />alongall other lot lines and stormwater management facility. <br /> <br />Storm Water Management and Erosion and Sediment Control <br /> <br />Per the June 4, 2025 Engineering Memo, stormwater management for the Erickson <br />Property site consists of a sedimentation basin to provide treatment.
