Roof details and eave, cornice lines are to remain consistent on <br />all sides of the building. <br />Architectural Standards. <br />• The exterior walls shall include a variation in building materials distributed <br />throughout the building and coordinated into the design of the structure to <br />create an architecturally balanced appearance. <br />• At least 33% of each exterior wall at Multi- Family and Commercial structures <br />shall be composed of brick, natural stone, or artificial stone. <br />• Townhouse and Single-family structures will be composed of a minimum of 25% <br />brick, natural stone, or artificial stone. This is calculated over the combination of <br />all facades. A single facade will not contain more than 75% of a single finish, <br />unless it is brick, natural stone, or artificial stone. <br />• For the purposes of this section, the area of each exterior wall shall not include <br />areas devoted to windows, entrance doors, garage doors, or roof areas. <br />Commercial buildings, if added, will be calculated with Glazing as a finish. <br />• Each exterior wall shall be articulated to add visual interest. Large blank exterior <br />walls should be prohibited. Variation in exterior walls can be accomplished with <br />projections or recesses, material changes, or other methods of building <br />articulation. <br />• Minimum overhang.
