The City Engineer reviewed the requested Change Order No. 1 for the 2025 Street <br />Rehabilitation Project. She reported that Change Order No. 1 in the amount of <br />$22,068.85 is needed to repair gate valves on Beaver Trail, the northwest corner of <br />Fawn Lane and Birch Street intersection, and southeast corner of the Fawn Lane and <br />Birch Street intersection. The watermain work on this project is funded through the <br />Water Operating Fund. The 2025 Street Rehabilitation Project contract with GMH <br />Asphalt with Change Order No. 1 would be increased to $1,219,099.95. The roadwork <br />portion of the project is anticipated to be under the contract amount. <br />The City Engineer reviewed the Andall Street Culvert Project. This evening the Council is <br />being asked to approve the preparation of plans and specs. <br />The Community Development Director reviewed the Joint Powers Agreement with <br />Anoka County for the 1-35e/County Road J Interchange Improvements. The City is <br />responsible for the lighting, and it is proposed that the city contracts with the other <br />agencies for installation and maintenance. <br />The Community Development Director reported that the consultant will be giving a <br />presentation on the Lino Lakes Main Street AUAR this evening. This is an informational <br />presentation, and no formal action is required at this time. <br />The Community Development Director requested to move Item 6E before Item 6D on <br />the regular agenda. <br />5.
