CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 25-58 <br />AUTHORIZING PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE 2025 <br />TRUNK WATERMAIN PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it would be in the best interest of the City to <br />proceed with the preparation of plans and specifications for the 2025 Trunk Watermain Project; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the 2025 Trunk Watermain Project will loop the City's water system from the <br />Watermark Development to the future system on the east side of 135E; and <br />WHEREAS, WSB, the City Engineer, has submitted a proposal to prepare plans and <br />specifications for said improvements. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota: <br />1. Authorizes the Preparation of the Plans and Specifications for the 2025 Trunk <br />Watermain Project. <br />2. WSB is designated as the engineer for this improvement and directed to prepare <br />plans and specifications for the 2025 Trunk Watermain Project for an amount not to <br />exceed $37,200.00. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 27t" day of May, 2025. <br />Rob Rafferty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Roberta Colotti, City Clerk <br />
