The project scope includes boring and jacking a 30" casing for <br />the 16" watermain to run from the Watermark Development system to the east side of I- <br />35E. <br />Based on the project scope, WSB would perform the following tasks: <br />Prepare Final Project Plans <br />Final construction plans will be prepared indicating the project locations <br />and plan view sheets for the watermain. Surveyed topographic <br />information will be used to prepare the construction plans. Base drawing <br />information will include GSOC design locates, curb inspection, city parcel <br />map information and record plans. <br />II. Final Quantities <br />An Engineer's Opinion of Probable Cost will be completed with the final <br />construction plans. <br />III. Prepare Permits, Specifications and Bidding Documents <br />WSB will assist the City in preparing permit application(s) and/or approval <br />requests and will assist the City with submitting the applications/approval <br />requests to the appropriate regulatory agencies. <br />WSB will develop the final project plans and specifications based on the <br />agency review comments. This task will include an internal <br />constructability review of the final plans, quantities, and specifications. <br />Upon completion of permitting, and agency review and approval, a final <br />set of construction documents will be prepared for electronic bidding. <br />WSB will assemble and submit the final contract documents, either paper <br />or electronic copies, to the City and request authorization to advertise the <br />project for bidding. WSB will receive and respond to bidder inquiries <br />concerning the plans, specifications, and intent of the project.
