The site is located at 77th Street west of Lake Drive <br />(CSAH 23). The lot has frontage along Lake Drive (CSAH 23). Comments were made on the <br />following documents: <br />•Lino Lakes 2.0 2nd Addition Civil Plans prepared by Design Tree, dated March 28, 2025, <br />received April 15, 2025. <br />The following review comments should be responded to in writing by the applicant. There are <br />additional redline comments on the planset that should be responded to as well. Not all redline <br />comments are in the review memo. There were not separate site, utility, or grading plans for <br />Chipotle, Pacific Dental or O’Reilly’s (only architectural building drawings) so they utilize the same <br />overall drawings and may have overlapping comments. <br />Design Tree Engineering (DTE) (3/11/2025) responses in red. <br />WSB (4/2/2025) responses and new comments in blue.
