Single family lots outside the shoreland district are <br />allowed up to 65% maximum impervious surface. Staff and the applicant are working <br />with MNDNR to come up with one impervious surface percentage that can be applied to <br />all lots. <br /> <br />Building Design Standards and Other Performance Standards <br /> <br />City Code Section 1007.043 details minimum residential building design standard <br />requirements.
