<br /> <br />PELTIER PONDS NEIGHBORHOOD MEETING SUMMARY <br /> <br />A Neighborhood Meeting was held on May 20th at the Watermark Amenity Center. Notices were mailed <br />to over 120 addresses which are located within 600 feet of the subject property. <br /> <br /> <br />Topics of discussion: <br />• Concerns with existing drainage (or lack thereof) along the rear yards of properties located on <br />the south side of Rehbein Street. <br />• Plans for Peltier Lake Drive to be condemned and eventually converted to a public trail corridor. <br />• Eventual connection of Gordon Ave to Old Mill Rd if and when the 7482 Peltier Lake Dr develops. <br />• Access to the site via 20th Ave and Gordon Ave. <br />• Trail and Park plans. Public vs. private.
