The pipe run from CBMH-105 to CBMH-103 seems to exceed 10’ in depth so the <br />easement corridor overtop must be increased from 20’ to at least double the width of <br />pipe depth for a 1:1 trench footprint. <br />3. All utilities outside the right of way require an easement that meets a 1:1 slope with <br />the utility invert (minimum 20') <br />4. All grading and construction in the Electric Transmission line utility easement to be <br />approved by the utility provider <br /> <br />• Development Agreement <br /> <br />A development agreement will be required with the final plat. <br /> <br />• Grading Agreement <br /> <br />A grading agreement is not required at this time. <br /> <br />• Stormwater Maintenance Agreement <br /> <br />The stormwater maintenance for public facilities in the Peltier Ponds development will be <br />covered under the City’s Programmatic Stormwater Management Agreement after the <br />facilities have been installed and accepted by the City. Borrow areas / Lakes area will be <br />maintained by the HOA. <br /> <br />• Permits Required <br /> <br />Required permits will be determined at the time of preliminary plat submittal. Potential <br />permits may include some of the following and others: <br /> <br />1. NPDES General Construction Permit <br />2. City of Lino Lakes Zoning Permit for Grading <br />3. Minnesota Pollution Control Agency Sanitary Sewer Extension Permit <br />4. Minnesota Department of Health <br />5.
