Project Description: <br /> Overview <br /> The City of Lino Lakes adopted the 1-35E Corridor AUAR in conformance with Minnesota Rules 4410 <br /> in 2005. The City has subsequently updated the AUAR every five years. The AUAR study area is <br /> approximately 4,670 acres and is located in the northeastern portion of the City as shown in Figure 1. <br /> Development Scenarios <br /> Three development scenarios were included in the original 2005 AUAR and the 2020 update <br /> included two revised scenarios based on both the 2030 and draft 2040 Comprehensive Plans. The <br /> City has since adopted its 2040 Comprehensive Plan; making the revised Scenario 3 (2030 <br /> Comprehensive Plan)outdated and no longer applicable.
