Environmental Board <br />May 29, 2024 <br />Page 3 <br /> <br />surrounded by the Watermark PUD development by Lennar to the North, East and <br />South. Our plan is to extend the existing street grid planned for the Watermark <br />development and provide another housing option. <br /> <br />The site is comprised of one (1) land parcels, one (1) single family home on the <br />northwest portion (Erickson’s parcel), one (1) shed in the center, and one (1) wooded <br />barn on the southwest corner. <br /> <br />Ms. Nelson stated that she likes the inclusion of walking trails and sidewalks in future <br />developments. <br /> <br />Mr. Parsons had a question about park dedication fees. Mr. Hoffman stated that the <br />developer would still be required to pay the park dedication fees, most likely to be used <br />for the extension of the walking trail. <br /> <br />Ms. Buchmeier made a motion to approve the recommendations by staff. Ms. <br />Stevenson seconded. Motion carried 5 – 0. <br /> <br />7. DISCUSSION ITEMS <br /> <br />A. Recycling Updates <br /> <br />Mr. Hoffman provided recycling updates. <br /> <br />8.
