DIRECTIONAL DISTRIBUTION <br />The estimated distribution of site -generated traffic on the surrounding roadway network was developed <br />based on a review of the roadway network, area development pattern, and access to the proposed <br />development. The anticipated global distribution of passenger vehicle site traffic to the Scenario 2 <br />development is anticipated to be the same as Scenario 1.
