CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL <br /> <br />Vice Chair Holmes called the Environmental meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. on June 25, <br />2025. <br /> <br />2. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br />3. PUBLIC COMMENT (sign in prior to start of meeting per Rules of Decorum) <br /> <br />Vice Chair Holmes declared open mike at 6:31 p.m. <br /> <br />There was no one present for open mike therefore it was closed at 6:31 p.m. <br /> <br />4. SETTING THE AGENDA: Addition or Deletion of Agenda Items <br /> <br />Ms. Holmes made a motion to approve the June 25, 2025 agenda. Motion carried 5 – 0. <br /> <br />5. APPROVAL OF MINUTES: April 24, 2024 <br /> <br />Ms. Buchmeier made a motion to approve the May 28, 2025 minutes. Ms. Nelson <br />seconded. Motion carried 5 – 0. <br /> <br />6.
