Lino Lakes City Council Minutes <br /> <br />Page 2 of 4 <br /> <br />Lino Lakes Ambassadors Emily N and Kaiya N. provided a report on the Ambassador’s 2024-2025 <br />activities. It was noted that the Lino Lakes Ambassador’s parade float won an award at the Isanti <br />parade. They introduced the 2025-2026 Ambassador candidates. <br />PUBLIC COMMENT <br />Mayor Rafferty opened the public comment period at 6:46 p.m. <br /> <br />Catherine Decker, 614 Pine Street, Lino Lakes, spoke about 10-22-32 Main Trunk and Branch 4. <br />She stated that she has watched the Watershed District fail to protect her neighbors properties <br />and the basic function of the watershed. She presented a letter outlining the report provided to <br />the Watershed. <br /> <br />Chris Stowe, 426 Pine Street, Lino Lakes, presented a written report on the information provided <br />to the watershed at their 7/8/25 meeting. He spoke about wetland credits and their purpose and <br />how they were being used, ethics, and the mechanics of the water flow and the level of <br />understanding of the Watershed members. <br /> <br />Motion to close the public comment period at 6:51 p.m. <br /> <br />1.
