However, prior to initiation of these proceedings, the City is <br />required to make efforts to acquire the property through direct purchase. If this process is <br />unsuccessful, then the City will need to consider pursuing eminent domain. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION <br /> <br />Staff is recommending approval of Resolution No. 25-117, Authorizing Land Acquisition for the <br />Otter Lake Road Extension Improvements project. <br />ATTACHMENTS <br /> <br />1.
