Ms. Katie Larsen <br />9/3/2025 <br />Page 4 <br />Turf maintenance access shown on revised plans. <br />Turf maintenance access should not be located within the septic areas (see Lot 4). <br />The turf maintenance access location has been adjusted to be out of the septic <br />area. Access is not a problem in this location, but in any case, access paths from <br />the driveway have been noted on the sides of the basin. <br />6.Plans shall show rip rap or alternative stabilization for drain tile underdrain <br />outlets. <br />Riprap splash pad is indicated on plans for underdrain outlets. Detail will be <br />included on final plans. <br />7.Provide calculations to confirm the adequacy of the sizing for the proposed <br />culverts. The culvert shown on sheet C02 velocity exceeds 6 fps. Design outlets to <br />the wetlands to achieve an outlet velocity less than 6 fps. <br />The proposed culverts, including the noted culvert on sheet C02, have been <br />modified to reduce velocity to less than 6 fps for the 100-year storm flow.
