a.After staff review and approval of the revised PUD Preliminary Plan/Preliminary <br />Plant, the applicant shall resubmit the PUD Final Plan/Final Plat for the first <br />phase of development. The PUD Final Plan/Final Plat shall match the revised PUD <br />Preliminary Plan/Preliminary Plat. <br />b.All lot lines shall be a solid line. <br />7.Preliminary Plat Plan Set revision date August 25, 2025: <br />a.Sheet A0-12, Land Use & Density Plan: <br />i.Clean up Revision Schedule dates <br />b.Sheet A0-16, Preliminary Plat: <br />i.A drainage and utility easement is required over the stormwater facility <br />in Outlot D. The easement can be placed over the entire outlot. <br />ii.B1 L6 and B2 L7 shall be changed back to outlots, not lots. <br />c.Sheets E1-01 to E1-06 shall be updated to include the revised plans provided in <br />the PUD Final Plat set. <br />i.Exterior lighting on the multi-family buildings shall be included. <br />ii.Each light fixture on cut sheets shall be labeled to match table labels. <br />8.Design Guidelines and Statement of Intent: <br />a.Correct the Architectural Standards spreadsheets per August 26, 2025 email. <br />9.Wilkinson Waters Addition Final Plat: <br />a.A drainage and utility easement is required over the stormwater facility in Outlot <br />D.
