Our comments were made on the following <br />documents: <br />Wilkinson Waters Preliminary Plan and Plat prepared by ISG, dated August 25, 2025. <br />Wilkinson Waters Final Plan and Plat (Public) prepared by ISG, dated August 25, 2025. <br />Wilkinson Waters Final Plan and Plat (Private) prepared by ISG, dated August 25, 2025 <br />Wilkinson Waters Final Plan and Plat (Ash St Turn Lane) prepared by ISG, dated August <br />25, 2025 <br />Ash Street Traffic Impact Study prepared by ISG, dated August 27, 2025 <br />The following review comments should be responded to in writing by the applicant. This review is <br />only concerned with elements pertaining to City approval in its permitting authority on behalf of <br />VLAWMO, these comments are highlighted. The current conceptual project proposes 56 Townhome <br />units, two (2) 100-unit apartments, one (1) 100-unit senior living facility and 33,000 square <br />feet of commercial retail space. <br />Comments: <br />1.Increased height has been requested for the buildings and it appears that they are <br />already being raised quite a bit from the existing topography <br /> <br />
