Ms. Katie Larsen <br />09/04/2025 <br />Page 2 <br />a.Provide what the need is for having the floor elevations as high as they are <br />proposed for the buildings. <br />•Grading <br />The Wilkinson Waters Development includes site grading for the townhomes, apartments, <br />and retail space as well as the connecting roads, driveways, and parking areas. <br />Comments: <br />1.Site should be designed to better match existing grades. Lowering the site <br />approximately 5 feet from what is proposed. The applicant should consider an <br />underground subsurface drainage system. <br />ISG Response (7/14/2025) Further testing is being conducted on site to determine <br />the groundwater elevations.
