A second access road is proposed to be teed from the first access <br />road to the north to connect to Michaud Way. A traffic study and analysis was conducted <br />for the overall development and all redline comments have been addressed. <br /> <br />Comments: <br /> <br />1. A right-in right-out access is required at the intersection of the access road with 21st <br />Avenue <br />a.
