The title work shall be updated to reflect proper ownership and plat signatures. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED the following items shall be addressed prior to issuing building <br />permits within the plat: <br />1. All comments frorn the City Engineer memo dated August 6, 2025. <br />2. All comments from the Environmental Coordinator memo dated August 6, 2025. <br />3. Street names shall be added to the plan sets. <br />4. Recorded copies of the following documents shall be provided to the City: <br />a. Final plat <br />b. Development Agreement <br />c. Stormwater Re -use Agreement <br />d. WMC Buffer Declaration <br />e. Conservation Easement <br />f. Deeds <br />i. Outlots A, C, D, and G to Homeowner's Association (HOA) <br />ii. Outlot E to the City <br />g. Homeowner's Association Documents <br />i. Articles of Incorporation <br />ii. Bylaws <br />iii.
