The current project proposes 14 single family lots and associated <br />infrastructure. <br /> <br />• Grading <br /> <br />The Erickson Property Development includes site grading for the 14 homes as well as the <br />extension of Osakis Street and driveways. <br /> <br />Page 120 of 145
