Page 2 of 2 <br /> <br />Council Consensus <br />It was the consensus of the City Council to schedule a Special Work Session on Monday, <br />October 20, 2025 at 6 p.m. at City Hall. <br /> <br />The Finance Director requested that the Council provide any topics of discussion or <br />questions in advance of the meeting to allow time to prepare the background <br />information needed to facilitate the discussion. <br /> <br />5. Rookery Activity Center – Fitness Equipment Purchase <br />Mayor Rafferty arrived at 6:10 p.m. <br /> <br />The Public Services Director provided an overview of the equipment purchase planned <br />for the Rookery. He stated that this item is scheduled for formal action at the regular <br />meeting this evening. <br /> <br />The Council discussed purchase and lease options and possible alternative funding <br />sources. <br /> <br />Council Consensus <br />It was the consensus of the City Council to support the purchase of the equipment as <br />presented this evening. <br /> <br />6. Review Regular Agenda <br />The City Council reviewed the regular agenda. <br /> <br />7.
