A start-up private school (Veritas Academy) is interested in leasing the <br />81 majority of the 9,000+ square feet available for a five year period. Staff is recommending that a <br />82 portion of that wing of the civil complex be held for possible future expansion of the community <br />83 room. No interior remodeling is needed for their use. Since the facility was financed by tax exempt <br />84 bonds, staff has received a legal opinion concurring with a lease agreement with a faith based <br />85 organization. Mayor Reinert suggested that people can contact the Academy through their website if <br />86 they want more information. Council Member Roeser suggested running information on the school <br />87 on the city's cable channel. <br />88 <br />89 Council Member Roeser moved to approve Resolution No. 13 -25 as presented. Council Member <br />90 Rafferty seconded the motion. Motion carried on a unanimous voice vote. <br />2 <br />
