There is a drainage and utility easement <br />76 that exists between parcels that will be combined for the new project. The existing water main will <br />77 be relocated as a result. Staff is requesting that the council hold a public hearing on the easement and <br />78 then grant approval of the 1St Reading of the ordinance. <br />79 <br />80 Mayor Reinert opened the public hearing. There being no one present wishing to speak, the public <br />81 hearing was closed. <br />82 <br />83 Council Member O'Donnell moved to approve the 1st Reading of Ordinance No. 03 -13 as presented. <br />84 Council Member Roeser seconded the motion. Motion carried on a unanimous voice vote. <br />85 <br />86 6B) Resolution No. 13 -45, Accepting a donation from TC Gateway for the Blue Heron Days <br />87 Festival — Economic Development Coordinator Divine noted that Lino Lakes is one of the cities <br />88 included in the TC Gateway tourism promotion group. TC Gateway is funded through hotel /motel <br />89 taxes within the area they serve. They are providing a grant to the city that will support the city's <br />90 annual festival. <br />2 <br />
