COUNCIL MINUTES April 22, 2013 <br />APPROVED <br />91 Council Member Stoesz noted that Ms. Divine is retiring from her city position. The council <br />92 concurred in their recognition and thanks to Ms. Divine for her good work for the city. <br />93 <br />94 Council Member Roeser moved to approve Resolution No. 13 -45 as presented. Council Member <br />95 Stoesz seconded the motion. Motion carried on a unanimous voice vote. <br />96 <br />97 6C) Resolution No. 13 -44, Municipal State Aid Street Revocations and Designations — City <br />98 Engineer Wedel explained that the city receives funding from the state through the Municipal State <br />99 Aid (MSA) budget. The state is creating a new methodology on how it calculates when roadways will <br />100 be improved that is based on traffic volumes rather than population and construction need and to <br />101 maximize the city's use under the new method. <br />102 <br />103 Council Member Roeser moved to approve Resolution No. 13 -44 as presented. Council Member <br />104 Rafferty seconded the motion. Motion carried on a unanimous voice vote. <br />105 <br />106 6D) Resolution No. 13 -48, Joint Powers Agreement with the City of Centerville for Mound <br />107 Trail Sanitary Sewer and Water Service — Community Development Director Grochala explained <br />108 that the agreement continues the provision of Centerville utility services to certain properties located <br />109 in Lino Lakes. The two properties involved already receive sanitary sewer services through <br />110 Centerville and it is now proposed that water service be extended to one of the homes also. <br />111 <br />112 Council Member O'Donnell moved approval of Resolution No. 13 -48 as presented. Council Member <br />113 Roeser seconded the motion. Motion carried on a unanimous voice vote. <br />114 <br />115 6E) Resolution No. 13 -49, Stormwater Maintenance Agreement with Rice Creek Watershed <br />116 District (RCWD) — City Engineer Wedel explained that the agreement authorizes a stormwater <br />117 maintenance agreement with the RCWD covering stormwater facilities constructed as part of the <br />118 Otter Lake Road Extension Project. He outlined the type of maintenance services involved. <br />119 <br />120 Council Member Roeser moved to approve Resolution No. 13 -49 as presented. Council Member <br />121 Rafferty seconded the motion.
