9 <br /> <br />The goal of the sanitary sewer plan is to maintain the city’s residents and businesses with an <br />affordable and safe sanitary sewer system. The commercial development will be served by an <br />affordable and safe sanitary sewer system. <br /> <br />Water Supply Plan <br /> <br />A goal of the water supply plan is to provide residents and businesses with affordable potable <br />water that is safe and of high quality for daily consumption and fire demand. The commercial <br />development will be served with a safe and high quality water supply. <br /> <br />Parks, Greenways and Trails <br /> <br />A goal and policy of the parks, greenways and trails plan is to continue to development and <br />fund recreational activities in the City. A trail easement will be required along Lake Drive for <br />future trail construction. <br /> <br />Findings of Fact <br /> <br />The findings of fact are detailed in the attached resolution. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION <br /> <br />Staff and Planning & Zoning Board recommend approval of the Lino Lakes Dealership and <br />Offices conditional use permit with conditions as detailed in Resolution No. 25-153. <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS <br /> <br />1.
