Lino Lakes Dealership and <br />Offices is consistent with commercial land use. <br /> <br />Housing Plan <br /> <br />The goals and policies of Housing Plan are not negatively impacted by the commercial <br />development. <br /> <br />Economic Development <br /> <br />Lino Lakes Dealership and Offices supports the City’s economic development plan. <br /> <br />Transportation Plan <br /> <br />Goals of the Transportation Plan are to ensure that street and roads are as safe as possible and <br />to reduce unnecessary traffic. CSAH 23 (Lake Drive) is an A-Minor Arterial Reliever county road. <br />Kelly Street is a local road. The exiting road system can accommodate the traffic generated by <br />the commercial development. <br /> <br />Local Water Management Plan <br /> <br />The purpose of the water management program is to protect, preserve, and use natural surface <br />and groundwater storage and retention systems and prevent erosion of soil into surface water <br />systems.
