CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 25-170 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT TO MAINTAIN SUBSURFACE STRUCTURE, <br />ANDALL STREET CULVERT CROSSING, BETWEEN RICE CREEK WATERSHED <br />DISTRICT AND CITY OF LINO LAKES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Andall Street roadway crossing over Anoka County Ditch 10-22-32 has an <br />existing culvert in need of replacement in order to maintain channel flow; and <br />WHEREAS, the channel crossing is subject to the requirements of the Rice Creek <br />Watershed District; and <br />WHEREAS, the Rice Creek Watershed District Board of Managers conditionally approved <br />permit no. 25-076 for the project subject to the execution a maintenance agreement between <br />the City and the Watershed District. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota that the <br />Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute the an Agreement to Maintain Subsurface <br />Structure between the Rice Creek Watershed District and City of Lino Lakes. <br /> <br /> <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 24th day of November, 2025. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />_______________________________ <br />Rob Rafferty, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />________________________ <br />Roberta Colotti, City Clerk <br /> <br />Page 389 of 406
