CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 25-163 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING QUOTES, AND AWARDING A CONSTRUCTION <br />CONTRACT, ANDALL STREET CULVERT PROJECT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a request for quotes for the construction of the Andall Street <br />Culvert Project, quotes were received, and tabulated: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the low quote was submitted by Dimke Excavating of Lino Lakes, Minnesota, <br />in the amount of $88,925.59; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the funding for the project is through the Surface Water Utility fund; and <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota that <br />the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with Dimke <br />Excavatingfor the construction of the Andall Street Culvert Project in the amount of <br />$88,925.59; <br /> <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 24th day of November, 2025. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />___________________________ <br />Rob Rafferty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />___________________________ <br />Roberta Colotti, City Clerk <br />CONTRACTOR QUOTE <br />Dimke Excavating $88,925.59 <br />Winberg Companies LLC $125,164.96 <br />C.W.
