2 <br /> <br />• Vacation Exhibit prepared by Acre Land Surveying dated August 16, 2025 <br />• Final Plat prepared by Acre Land Surveying received on October 1, 2025 <br />• Title Commitment received November 3, 2025 <br /> <br />BACKGROUND <br /> <br />On October 13, 2025, the City Council passed Resolution No. 25-141 approving the Lake Amelia <br />Woods Preliminary Plat Application Amendment. The amendment revised the grading plan to <br />remove the stormwater ponds related to the existing four (4) lot rural subdivision. <br /> <br />The Council staff report and resolution detail the project’s consistency with the City’s <br />Comprehensive Plan and compliance with the City Code. <br /> <br />ANALYSIS <br /> <br />Easement Vacation <br /> <br />The existing drainage and utility easements dedicated over the stormwater ponds on the <br />original Lake Amelia Woods final plat will be vacated since the stormwater ponds are no longer <br />required. The City Council will hold a public hearing on the vacation. New easements will be <br />dedicated on the Lake Amelia Woods Second Addition final plat. <br /> <br />Final Plat <br /> <br />The final plat contains four (4), 10 acre rural lots and zero (0) outlots. <br /> <br />Phasing Plan <br /> <br />The development will be platted in one phase. <br /> <br />Public Land Dedication <br /> <br />No new lots are being created; therefore, no additional public land dedication or fees are <br />required. <br /> <br />Title Commitment <br /> <br />The City Attorney reviewed the final plat and title commitment and had no concerns. <br /> <br />Agreements <br /> <br />Stormwater Maintenance Agreement <br /> <br />Page 394 of 406
