1 <br /> <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 25-165 <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF LAKE AMELIA WOODS SECOND ADDITION FINAL PLAT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on October 3, 2025, the City received a complete land use application for <br />Lake Amelia Woods Second Addition final plat; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City staff completed review of the proposed final plat based on the following <br />plans and information: <br /> <br />• Preliminary Plat prepared by Acre Land Surveying dated August 7, 2025 <br />• Preliminary Plans for Lake Amelia Woods prepared by Civil Methods, Inc. revision date <br />September 23, 2025 <br />• Vacation Exhibit prepared by Acre Land Surveying dated August 16, 2025 <br />• Final Plat prepared by Acre Land Surveying received on October 1, 2025 <br />• Title Commitment received November 3, 2025; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on October 13, 2025, the City Council approved the preliminary plat with <br />Resolution No. 25-141; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on November 12, 2025, the Planning & Zoning Board reviewed and <br />recommended approval of the final plat; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposed final plat is not considered premature and meets the <br />performance standards of the subdivision and zoning ordinance; and <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota: <br /> <br />FINDINGS OF FACT <br /> <br />Per City Code Section 1001.057 Review, Approval or Denial: <br /> <br />(2) The following requirements shall be met before consideration of the final plat by the City <br />Council: <br /> <br />(a) The final plat shall substantially conform to the approved preliminary plat and phasing <br />plan. <br /> <br />The final plat substantially conforms to the approved preliminary plat and phasing plan. <br /> <br />Page 404 of 406
