2 <br /> <br />(b) For plats that consist solely of individual single family residential lots, final plat <br />applications for subsequent phases shall not be approved until building permits have <br />been issued for 40% of lots in the preceding phase. This division applies only when the <br />preceding phase consists of 40 or more lots. <br /> <br />Not applicable. This is a 4 lot rural residential subdivision that will be platted in one phase. <br /> <br />(c) City attorney approval of the status of title/property ownership related to the final plat. <br /> <br />The City Attorney reviewed the title commitment and final plat and had no concerns. <br /> <br />(d) Completed development contract. <br /> <br />A Development Agreement for the Second Addition is not required. The original Lake Amelia <br />Woods Development Agreement remains in effect and securities are in place. <br /> <br />(e) Conditions attached to approval of the preliminary plat shall be fulfilled or secured by <br />the development agreement, as appropriate; and <br /> <br />The conditions of the preliminary plat have been substantially fulfilled.
