The Truth -in -Taxation <br />Hearing is scheduled for December 8tn <br />Mayor Rafferty requested that time be scheduled for the December 15t Work Session <br />agenda to provide a final review before presenting the budget at the hearing on <br />December 81h <br />Future Meeting Schedule <br />The City Clerk requested that a closed meeting be scheduled for December 1st at 5:30 <br />p.m. under Minnesota Statues, Section 13D.05, subdivision 3(b) Attorney -Client Privilege <br />to discuss the Zikar Holding LLC vs. City of Lino Lakes lawsuit. <br />The City Clerk requested to schedule the January 5, 2026 Work Session to begin at 5:30 <br />p.m. to provide additional time for the review of the 2026 Board and Committee <br />appointments. <br />Mayor Rafferty requested to cancel the December 22"d City Council Work Session and <br />Regular Meeting. <br />Council Consensus <br />It was the consensus of the City Council to approve the meeting schedule requests as <br />presented. <br />6. Review Regular Agenda <br />The City Council reviewed the regular agenda. <br />7.
