CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 25-168 <br />APPROVING WALDOCH FARM AGRITOURISM <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT AMENDMENT (8174 LAKE DRIVE) <br />WHEREAS, the City received a land use application for a conditional use permit <br />amendment for agritourism ("Development"); and <br />WHEREAS, the November 12, 2025 Planning & Zoning Board Staff Report and the <br />December 8, 2025 Council Staff Report provide supporting narrative and documentation for the <br />Development; and <br />WHEREAS, the property is zoned R, Rural and allows for agritourism with an approved <br />conditional use permit; and <br />WHEREAS, the legal description of the property is described as follows: <br />• PID #04-31-22-31-0003: <br />o S 175 FT OF N 525 FT OF LOT 12 AUDITORS SUBDIVISION NO 138; and <br />• PID #04-31-22-31-0004: <br />o THAT PRT OF LOT 12 AUDITORS SUBDIVISION NO 138 LYG S OF N 525 FT <br />THEREOF; and <br />• PID #04-31-22-34-0001: <br />o ELY 880 EX SLY 425 FT OF ELY 200 FT THEREOF LOT 19 AUDITORS SUBDIVISION <br />NO 138; and <br />• PID #04-31-22-42-0001: <br />o THE N1/2 OF SE1/4 OF SEC 4 TWP 31 RGE 22, EX N1/2 OF N1/2 OF NE1/4 OF SD <br />SE1/4, EX RD, SUBJ TO EASE OF REC; and <br />• PID # 04-31-22-43-0001: <br />o THE SW1/4 OF SE1/4 OF SEC 4 TWP 31 RGE 22, EX SW1/4 OF SD 1/4 1/4, EX RD, <br />SUBJ TO EASE OF REC <br />• PID# 04-31-22-43-0002: <br />o THE SW1/4 OF SW1/4 OF SE1/4 OF SEC 4 TWP 31 RGE 22, EX RD, SUBJ TO EASE <br />OF REC <br />• PID# 04-31-22-44-0002: <br />
