o W 10 ACRES OF SE1/4 OF SE1/4 OF SEC 4 TWP 31 RGE 22, EX S 330 FT THEREOF, <br />EX RD SUBJ TO EASE OF REC <br />WHEREAS, City staff has completed a review of the land use application based on the <br />following plans: <br />• Aerial Map and Site Plan <br />• Applicant Narrative <br />• Public Spaces Site Location Map <br />• Chapter 1306 Department of Labor and Industry Special Fire Protection Systems; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning & Zoning Board held a public hearing on November 12, 2025 <br />and the Board recommended approval of a conditional use permit amendment for agritourism. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota that: <br />FINDINGS OF FACT <br />Per City Code Section 1007.016(3): <br />(e) The Planning and Zoning Board shall hold the public hearing and consider possible <br />adverse effects of the proposed conditional use. Its judgement shall be based upon, but not <br />limited to, the following factors: <br />1. The proposed development application has been found to be consistent with the <br />design standards listed in § 1007.020(4). <br />See below for design standard requirements. <br />2. Will not involve uses, activities, processes, materials, equipment and conditions of <br />operation that will be detrimental to any persons, property, or the general welfare because of <br />excessive production of traffic, noise, smoke, fumes, glare, or odors. <br />The Waldoch Farm agritourism conditional use permit amendment will not involve activities <br />detrimental to any person, property, or the general welfare. <br />3. Will not result in the destruction, loss, or damage of a natural, scenic or historic feature <br />of major importance. <br />The Waldoch Farm agritourism conditional use permit amendment will not result in the <br />destruction of a natural, scenic, or historic feature of major importance. <br />Per City Code Section 1007.020: <br />
