The Waldoch Farm agritourism conditional use permit amendment will have fire prevention and <br />fighting equipment readily available. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED the following specific performance standards of City Code <br />Section 1007.067 have also been met: <br />(4) The site shall comply with the following requirements: <br />(a) Minimum lot area often acres. <br />The site area is over 160 acres. <br />(b) All uses permitted by this section shall have at least one primary access onto a collector <br />street as identified on the functional classification map with the condition that the increase in <br />traffic shall not create a nuisance, to nearby residents by way of traffic or noise or increase the <br />public cost in maintaining the street. <br />The primary access is onto CSAH 23 (Lake Drive) which is an A -Minor Arterial Reliever street. <br />(c) All structure, parking area, and agritourism related activity setbacks shall be 50 feet <br />from any side or rear lot line. Drive aisle setbacks shall be 20 feet to any side or rear lot line. <br />All structures, parking areas, and agritourism related activities are and shall remain 50+ft from <br />any side or rear lot line. Drive aisles are and shall remain at least 20ft from any side or rear lot <br />line. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED the conditional use permit amendment for agritourism is <br />approved subject to the following conditions: <br />1. All existing and future agritourism activities shall be consistent and compliant with City <br />Code Section 1007.067. <br />2. The following Planned Improvements listed on page 9 of the applicant's narrative are <br />not consistent with City Code Section 1007.067 and are not approved under this <br />agritourism conditional use permit: <br />a. Farm market building, restaurant, bal<ery, meat marl<et <br />b. Wedding venue <br />c. Overnight camping, RV parking <br />d. Housing for family and employees <br />Any such uses may only be undertaken in compliance with City Code, which may require <br />separate permits and/or approvals. <br />
