Any outdoor gathering on the property that assembles individuals with a common <br />purpose other than an agritourism activity, such as for a wedding or live music concert, <br />shall be subject to the Special Events requirements, including permitting from the City <br />Clerk's Office, set forth in City Code Chapter 615. <br />4. All licenses and permits must be obtained and maintained as required by federal or <br />state law or City Code to engage in the intended agritourism activities on the property, <br />including, but not limited to, a liquor license from the City Clerk's Office for any alcohol <br />service or sales on the property. <br />5. All zoning and building permits required under state law or City Code for improvements <br />on the property must be obtained and/or maintained. If permits cannot be obtained, <br />the use and/or structure is not allowed. <br />6. Traffic control measures must be implemented to ensure safe ingress into and egress <br />from the property, including traffic control measures deemed necessary by the Lino <br />Lakes Police Department or Fire Department. <br />7. All comments from the Building Official Memo dated November 3, 2025 shall be <br />complied with. <br />8. Documentation, including detailed financial information, related to the use of the <br />property, as necessary to confirm that such use is consistent with and operating within <br />the limits of agritourism as set forth in City Code, must be made available to the city <br />upon request. <br />9.
